Meanwhile, Microsoft Excel customers can use the Power Query tool to detect various data sources and convert them to a data type. With Get Data menu, you can even build customized data types from sources like files, databases, and online services. What’s more, the Power Query tool would automatically update information from the connected data sources.

If you have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription, check out the hundred new Wolfram Alpha data types. You can keep track of nutritional information as well as stock pricing. Power BI is also available for Windows customers, but you need to have a Power BI Pro service plan to avail of it.

Microsoft is rolling out Power Query data types from Microsoft 365 or Office 365 customers. You can look at how to use the Wolfram Alpha data types if you are an Office Insiders subscriber.
