Have a holistic view of your projects that you have to accomplish. Cultivate the habit of imagining and visualizing, as precisely as possible, what you expect to see, and what problems may arise. Write down the most essential and urgent tasks, and also define a routine to achieve them.

Finish Your Tasks

Every day you might be juggling multiple tasks to keep your business going.  However, you must focus on one task at a time to see it through to completion. To complete a task, allot time for each activity and book your calendar if possible to avoid distractions.

Plan in Advance

For instance, you may conduct a remote team meeting at the same time every day. A sudden unexpected issue may arise, and you get caught in a phone call. Your presentation report and the agenda for the meeting is not ready. What should you do? Compare Against Initial Plan
