Boeing and the Royal Australian Air Force made history by recently completing the first successful test flight of the Loyal Wingman drone. Watch this video at CNET to learn from Andy Altman about the drone that provides fighter pilot-like performance. The drone followed a series of taxi test validations for ground handling, navigation, and control. The first test flight of the Loyal Wingman occurred at the Woomera Range Complex under a Boeing test pilot’s supervision.
